1. Booking Policy

Reservations can be made via phone, email, in person, or through our official website and approved booking platforms.

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit.

Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
-
Check-in time: From 14:00
-
Check-out time: By 10:00
-
Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-arranged and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Policy

A deposit is required to secure a reservation.

If full payment has not been made in advance, the outstanding balance is due upon check-in.

Guests will not be allowed to check in or receive room keys until the balance is settled in full.

No exceptions will be made for payments to be completed the following morning.

Quotations are valid for 24 hours unless stated otherwise. 4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in are eligible for a 100% refund.

Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in are non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 working days. 5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.

Loud music or disruptive behaviour is not permitted.

Management reserves the right to evict any guest causing a disturbance or engaging in illegal activities, without refund.
6. Damages and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to Zamambongi property during their stay due to their own negligence.

Management is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. 7. Smoking and Alcohol
-
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or indoor common areas. Designated smoking areas are provided.

Guests may consume alcohol responsibly. Excessive intoxication or disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated.
8. Children
-
Children are welcome. Parents/guardians are responsible for their supervision at all times.

Breakages caused by children will be billed to the parent/guardian.
9. Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed unless prior written permission is granted. Service animals are permitted.
10. Use of Facilities

Use of swimming pools, lounges, or other amenities is at guests’ own risk.

Please observe posted safety rules at all times.

No glass containers allowed in pool areas.
11. Security & CCTV
-
CCTV is in operation in outdoor and public areas for your safety.

Tampering with security equipment is strictly prohibited.

12. Force Majeure
-
Zamambongi shall not be held liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, power outages).
13. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated versions will be made available on our website and at reception.
14. Responsibility for Accompanying Guests

It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure that all individuals accompanying them—whether friends, family, or colleagues—are made fully aware of these Terms and Conditions.
Zamambongi Guest House kindly requests that all guests familiarise themselves with these Terms and Conditions, regardless of who made the booking. -
The primary guest is considered responsible for communicating these terms and conditions to all accompanying persons.
